The Hubs wanted pork chops for dinner. You know the kind, breaded and pan fried. Truthfully, that is the best way to eat them with sweet apple sauce on the side. (Although, he just can't get with the apple sauce and pork chop combo)
Instead of having a fried chop, I decided to bake mine in the oven, lightly seasoned.
And eat it on top of a salad. Turned out to be really good. The only thing missing was the apple sauce and now that I write this, I think next time, I'll just add some apple pieces to the salad.
