Lazy yet delicious dinner.

For a quick and easy twist on what my family calls Loose Meat and Gravy, I made the meat with cream of mushroom soup.
I took a pound of lean ground turkey seasoned and browned it in a sauce pan. Added some chopped onion and a can of reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer.
I served it on a bed of brown rice with some steamed broccoli and a side salad.

A quick squeeze of some hot sauce and I was ready to eat.
