Cinnamon-Vanilla French Toast Nuggets



For Breakyfast I tried Hungry Girl's French Toast Nuggets from her 200 Under 200 cookbook.

Ingredients Serves 2

2 hot dog buns
1/3 cup ff liquid egg sub*
1 tsp Coffee-Mate SF french vanilla powdered creamer, dissolved in a tbs warm water**
2 dashes cinnamon

Directions

Split each bun in 1/2, cut into bite size pieces
In a small bowl, stir ingredients together until mixed well
Dip bread into mix until well coated
Place dipped bread piece into a med-high pan sprayed with non-stick spray
Cook 3-5 mins, flipping occasionally to cook all sides

Garnish with a touch of cinnamon and SF syrup.

Plate with turkey bacon and enjoy.

*I used 2 egg whites for the egg sub
**I used a touch of vanilla extract instead of powdered creamer
