Sweaty Proof.

Jen @ Prior Fat Girl challenged her readers to post a picture of themselves after a sweaty workout, to prove how hard we've been working. I think this is a great idea. It's a great way to inspire others and comes with a feeling of accomplishment.

Here I am, in all my sweaty glory. This was after my first Zumba session at the Y yesterday.

So now, I challenge all of my readers to do the same.
