Snack Attack


After about 2 hours of yard work, I was pooped and hungry. I wanted something that was going to fill me up and give me a little boost. I decided on a lightly fried egg on 1/2 of a whole wheat english muffin and a cup of cubed mango.

It was the perfect snack. I got some fresh fruit, fiber and protien. Just enough energy to keep me going for the 2nd half of the day.
