I admit. I like TV dinners. I know they are loaded in sodium but I control my sodium intake in other ways. I don't use alot of salt when cooking and I don't eat a lot of food that contains a lot of sodium. So, I think I maintain a good balance. I hope!
So back to why I like TV dinners. They're quick, easy and pre-portioned. There is no work for me but to push a few buttons on the microwave.
So for a quick dinner, I made a Smart Ones Salsbury Steak and added some steamed veggies.
Oh, and did I mention, clean-up is easy too?
Girl puh-leez...you always have to have some WW, Lean Cuisine, or Healthy Choice on hand for days when you just don't feel like cooking. Nothing lazy there! That is a really good one you had. Nice job adding the steamed veggies!
