Mexican Salad with Blue Corn Tortillas

I piled high some shredded iceberg lettuce and topped it with my favorite taco fillings;
Taco seasoned ground turkey
Black bean and corn salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced jalapenos
and a bit of sour cream
I added some blue corn tortillas for crunch and saltiness.

Delish. I love making these "mock" Taco salads because they are so filling and healthy. Not to mention very quick and easy to make.
I totally satisfy my craving for Mexican but do so without eating a ton of calories and fat.
