Out of the Box

I made this dinner sometime last week but totally forgot to post about it. It was a very lazy night and I really wasn't in the mood to cook so I took the easy route. Unfortunately, some times the easy route isn't always the healthiest but every night can't be perfect.


Shake and Bake Chicken breast
White Cheddar and Shells
Side of steamed broccoli


Well, this meal isn't as bad as it could've been. I used boneless, skinless chicken breast and cooked the shells according the the "light" directions. High in sodium, yes, but overall not too bad.
