Miesha over on Mi-Inspire Healthy Lifestyle Transformation posted a Challenge for the month of May. 4000 squats in 31 days.
4000 sounds like a bit much for me considering I havn't done a squat in months or even a year. Since, I don't want to totally whimp out I'm going to adjust my challenge to 3100 squats. Making it 100 per day.
Now I just have to figure out how to break it down, to make 100 squats a day doable. Maybe 33,33,34.
