My fave smoothie is made from approx. 1 frozen banana, unsweetened vanilla almond milk (don't really measure, just pour 'til it looks good) about a scoop of stevia-sweetened chocolate whey protein powder, another tablespoon or two of unsweetened cocoa, and a few ice cubes. So good! If I want to bulk it up for a meal I'll add a tablespoon or two of raw cashew butter.
