I'm happy to say, that since the Hubs and I decided to follow a weekly dinner menu, we have managed to stay on track.... kinda.
The weekends have proven to be more difficult to follow b/c our schedules are never the same from one weekend to the next.
We've learned to reserve the weekend dinners for quick and easy meals. That way, we can whip them up if we're home or if we're not, they can easily be made another time.
