Soup & Sammie

One of the easiest and filling lunches is this combo, soup and sandwich.
I made a salmon salad sandwich on 1/2 a kaiser bun with cheddar and lettuce.
I had the other 1/2 of my huge nectarine from breakfast to add some fresh sweetness.

My soup was Pregresso Veggie Barley. It was alright, not the best flavor, but warm and filling. Full of chunky veggies, so I can't complain too much.
