Tonights dinner was delish. Definately blog worthy.
I made Roni's Fast Salisbury Steak with Noodles.
I followed her recipe but added mushrooms and onion to the pan with the sauce.
For a veggie side, I made green beans with dried cranberries. It was very simple.
After a quick blanch, I sauted the green beans in a bit of EVOO, salt and a splash of water for steam. Added the dried cranberries, covered to heat thru and Wha-La!
This meal was perfect. Not only did it look pretty, but it tasted great too.
