Great Quick Workout & Breaky

For a quick but not easy workout this morning, I tried Bobbi's Mini Living Room Boot Camp. Wow, it really packed a punch. It got my heart rate up and had me sweating. I will definately do it again.

I followed it up with a delish breakfast of rf vanilla yogurt, granola, fiber one cereal and a peach.

Great way to start my day.
