Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Brown Rice, Corn, and Pineapples
- Cube skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Marinate in Teriyaki sauce for at least 30 mins
- Cook brown rice according to package but substituting 1 cup (or more) of water with pineapple juice
- Heat corn
- Skewer marinated chicken with veggies and/or sausage
- Grill skewers, brush with BBQ sauce just before removing from grill
- Lightly grill pineapple slices
