Chicken Kabobs and Brown Rice

Grilled Chicken Kabobs with Brown Rice, Corn, and Pineapples




  • Cube skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • Marinate in Teriyaki sauce for at least 30 mins
  • Cook brown rice according to package but substituting 1 cup (or more) of water with pineapple juice
  • Heat corn
  • Skewer marinated chicken with veggies and/or sausage
  • Grill skewers, brush with BBQ sauce just before removing from grill
  • Lightly grill pineapple slices

Plate & Enjoy!
