Strawberry & Raspberry Shortcake.
I sliced the strawberries ahead of time, put them in a sealed container with a squirt of lemon juice. Then I shook the container to soften and release the strawberry juices. Refridgerated for at 1 hour.
I topped 1 store bought shortcake with the berries and LF cool whip. So yummy!
