Break Fast and Easy

Egg white scramble with mushrooms, canadian bacon and a sprinkle of cheddar and chives
Along side a Thomas' Light english muffin and some grapes.


My english muffin looks a little dry, and in the past I would've spread some PB or jam or butter or all three on top, but I've learned I don't need to spread calories all over it to enjoy it. I eat it with my eggs and it really isn't dry.
