Spaghetti and Meatballs

This was my first attempt at making meatballs.
I used lean ground turkey, added some bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 small grated onion, 1 small grated carrot, 1 garlic clove and seasoned with italian blend spices, S&P and garlic powder.
Mixed it all together and rolled balls. I baked them on a cookie sheet at 350 for 25mins. (I lined my baking sheet with foil, but should have also sprayed it with a cooking spray)
On the stove, I warmed a can of spaghetti sauce and added some mushrooms.
Once the meatballs were finished, I added them to the sauce and let it simmer.

Plated it on a bed of whole wheat noodles. Added a side salad. It was a great dinner, I'm having leftovers tonight.
