Great Breakfast


This was a yummy breakfast.
1 Thomas' Light english muffin
1 Laughing Cow light swiss wedge
2 egg whites, cooked in a little EVOO
1 slice of deli turkey
Fresh Strawberries on the side
All for 4pts.

    Hey, I make something similiar to this very often for breakfast. I leave out the egg, and sometimes sub a WW bagel for the english muffin. Great minds think alike, lol.
