Chicken Salad

I'm back at my parents. I was kinda of forced to come up this weekend. When my Mum heard my husband was going to Cali for the weekend, she pretty much insisted that my son and I visit her and the fam. So here we are.
Last night for dinner, they all had steak with rice and corn, but my sweet big bro happily made a grilled chicken breast for me. I chopped it up over a bed of salad and enjoyed.
