Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These are what we had for dinner last night. Asian inspired Chicken Lettuce Wraps.
Chicken Breast
Water Chestnuts
- All sauteed in EVOO with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and some other seasonings my Dad threw in.
Wrapped a spoonful in a lettuce leaf, drizzled a bit of sweet chili sauce on top, a side of steamed broccoli and some basmati rice and there you have it.
A new hit in the house and a new "get-a-way dinner" to add to the list of cultural cuisines.
We also had hot Sake to go with it.
