Yum!
This was the first time I've seen the Strawberry Shortcake flavor Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. I'm so glad I noticed these sitting in the freezer at the grocery store. In the past, I've tried the vanilla and chocolate flavors and enjoyed them, but it is so great to have another flavor to choose from.
