Breakfast Pita - 3pts

Since, I usually have oatmeal or cold cereal for breakfast during the week, I try to have something different on the weekends.


Today I had a breakfast pita with pear slices.


Whole Wheat Pita
3 Egg Whites
scrambled with
mushrooms and a little canadian bacon
and 1/2 of a slice of Cheddar
Sliced Pear on the side

It was delish and filling. 4pts total
