Since, I usually have oatmeal or cold cereal for breakfast during the week, I try to have something different on the weekends.
Today I had a breakfast pita with pear slices.
Whole Wheat Pita
3 Egg Whites
scrambled with
mushrooms and a little canadian bacon
and 1/2 of a slice of Cheddar
Sliced Pear on the side
It was delish and filling. 4pts total
Hey hon, just to reply to the comment you left on my blog... My hair is also naturally curly, I just have a couple tricks I use to get it so straight and quickly!
