Often times I don't have a ton of time for lunch, so I like to have easy and quick options available. If I don't have leftovers from the night before I will turn to a frozen meal. I know they are not the healthiest but they work for me.
Today's lunch was a WW Smart Ones Rigatoni with chicken. To bulk it up I plated it on a bed of steamed broccoli. I have to say, it was a delish lunch.
And for a sweet after bite I had a piece of chocolate. Yum!
