{Food Fix} Baking Brownies

The Hubs had a party for the Superbowl at his barbershop so, I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to make one of the Betty Crocker mixes I received a couple weeks ago.

I chose to bake the Mississippi Mud Bars.

And of course my little baking assistant Jaelyn, wanted to help.

 (We added some extra marshmallows for fun)

 These brownie bars have a cookie crumb crust.

 They were chocolaty, moist, and chewy, just as a brownie should be.

 A hit at the party, those tough football men killed them.  Which was exactly what I wanted, so I didn't have to bring any leftovers home.
