I have been in such a rut lately. My eats are so up and down, partly because between class, homework, the boys and the house chores, I'm just short on time, but mainly because, it's so much easier to just be lazy and eat whatever is in reach. I really need to snap out of it, and I'm hoping this challenge will be just the thing to help.
Miss Haneefa is hosting a challenge. Lose 15 pounds in 15 weeks. Sounds simple enough, 1 pound a week. I'm going to buckle down and really focus for the next 15 weeks. I want to be successful.
