Grilled Fish Tacos

Summer Time = Grill Time


So grilled fish tacos was the meal of choice for dinner. And family for a little dinnertime company.


While the Hubs hooked up the fish, I thru together a quick bean dip.


Layered from the bottom up:

  • refried beans
  • salsa
  • chopped lettuce
  • sour cream mixed with taco seasoning
  • mexi mix shredded cheese
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped green onions

Served with tortilla chips and pretzels for dipping

My first plate was a tostada.
And for seconds, I had a taco. The mango set it off!!!
Yum!!!
