There's something about cheese and crackers that I love. Maybe it's the salty crunch, or the ease of eating it, or maybe it's the way it reminds me of my Mum. Doesn't really matter, I really enjoy this classic little snack. It's easy for me to eat way too many crackers, so in order to only eat 1 serving I count & plate them and have some fruit on the side.
